The room I stayed in was really great and had everything I needed. Having a good shower, a hairdryer, and soft bath towels there was super helpful! 🚿

Reception at gas station, no clear road to the hotel. Not a pleasant neighborhood.

Hip new hotel with amiable and great staff. Peaceful and handy location in Siegburg close enough to the shop for check in, main siegburg train/bus station and major roadworks. A great selection of food options within easy walking distance of the venue. The venue of choice in Siegburg.

Got new-fashioned, spacious room with a non refundable condition. The location was marvellous for destinations we were going to.

The rooms were modern and great value for the price. Perfectly located near Cologne/Bonn Airport and Siegburg. - the restaurant at the Shell Service Station is convenient. - the staff are friendly and wonderful.

Enjoyed our stay in a modern and impressive room with a sparkling bathroom. the bed was super cozy, there was a handy central heating system, an electronic key card, and a practical work desk 💫.

I recently stayed at Serways Hotel Siegburg West for a quick overnight stop on a road trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom was spotless. Despite being located next to the motorway, the soundproofing was impressive and we couldn't hear any noise. The air-conditioning was a lifesaver on a hot day, and the parking space was a bonus. The staff, although we only communicated via phone, were friendly and helpful. a great value for money experience.

You can even request for a quiet room with a view of the city if needed. Plus, friendly and helpful staff in this hotel will make you feel right at home.

Finding the hotel may be difficult due to ongoing constructions in the autobahn, which may cause inconvenience for some travelers.
